I so believe in the exponential power of people joined together in prayer, vision, affirmation... What a great opportunity this is and who can't manage three minutes? The only thing is the three minutes are at 1:30 am EST on the 22d which is easy for me but not for everyone. Lucky West Coast folks can participate at 10:30 pm. Check it out!

i didn’t take part in this, but i did take part in a meditation. It felt wonderful to be a part of something so big and so heartfelt – and the energy was quite ecstatic. i don’t know about all of the hoo hah around the date, but I do know that millions of people meditating and praying for peace is very powerful
